[flv:/flv/apb_halloweenparade.flv 600 440] The 39th annual NYC Halloween Parade kicked off under clear skies from Spring Street. More than two million people lined the parade route as it wound its way up 6th avenue. The spectators were stacked 10-deep in some places behind barricades and under the watchful eyes of hundreds of NY’s Finest. It’s estimated that more than 50,000 costumed marchers joined the parade along with puppets, floats and bands. There was apparently a small group of people from Occupy Wall Street featuring corporate zombies and political bloodsuckers.
